Group of companies of EFESk
The Group of Companies EFESk is a highly professional multilevel holding, stably operating in the sphere of construction of large-scale power and industrial facilities within any climatic and landscape zones of the Russian Federation and abroad.
The history of incorporation of the Group of Companies EFESk began in 1998 with the establishment of the Energy Company “EFESk” JSC in Leningrad Region. During the past decades the pace of modernization in this sphere was advancing and the structure of the company EFESk was developing together with it: there were emerging design institutes, raw materials base, equipment and highly qualified staff.
Since 1998 through the present day, the companies of our Holding have implemented more than 10 000 projects, participating in the erection of power facilities, the geography whereof spread from the south to the Arctic Circle.
A Partnership Agreement between all constituent companies of the Group of Companies EFESk was concluded in December 2009. Since that time, all operations are carried out under the common brand – “GC EFESk” Ltd.
The establishment of our holding allowed consolidating the might of constituent companies and promptly adapting to the new and more rigorous course of the production process. Our Group of Companies performs design and engineering of facilities for the electric power industry, power transmission lines and electric power substations of any type as well as construction of production buildings – terminals, ports and logistic complexes. The activity of the organization departments of our Holding is directed to the joint production cycle consisting of: design institutes, metal structure production plants, motor vehicle and specialized machinery fleet, raw materials base. Within the framework of our corporation, there are established state-of-the-art research-technology and production facilities supporting the whole procedure of implementation of the power engineering and industrial projects in “ready to operate” manner including by the EPCM- contracting scheme.
