Information note: Annually 500 employees of our Company undergo qualification improvement courses. For attraction of young specialist to the company, the Personnel Policy Department of the “Group of Companies EFESk” Ltd. has been closely cooperating with specialized educational institutions. Practical trainings of the students of specialized educational institutions and engineering schools (St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University, St. Petersburg State Technological University of Plant Polymers, Energy Engineering School) are organized at the enterprises and organizational departments of our Company.

Currently more than 200 students of specialized educational institutions have undergone practical trainings at the enterprises and facilities of the Group of Companies EFESk. Most of them have continued their career at our Corporation!
In 2006, our Holding began to form construction crews of students for work at the power facilities of our Company. The renewal of the best student traditions of the past century became possible due to the confidential cooperation of the “Group of Companies EFESk” Ltd. with the specialized universities: St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University and St. Petersburg State Agricultural University. Currently we have received 150 applications at the Company from the senior students for undergoing summer practical training at the power facilities of the “Group of Companies EFESk”.
We are planning, that in the period of summer holidays of 2011, student shall participate in the operation for assembling of metal structures of the electric transmission lines supports 330 kW in Petrozavodsk, 110 kW in Sochi, 220 kW in the Republic of Komi and 500 kW in the Moscow Region with performance of subsidiary work. The young specialists shall be provided with complete social package on a contractual basis.
The Group of Companies EFESk as a company with high degree of social responsibility has been stipulating - apart from the comfortable labor conditions, competitive wages and opportunity of professional and career development – guarantee of confidence of each employee in the future. A nine-storey multicompartment building was constructed in the green belt of Tosno in 2008. The majority of compartments are transferred to the employees of the Group of Companies EFESk on favourable terms or free of charge as a gift for personal contribution to the corporate development.
